Crisp local and organic lettuces, carrot, tomato, and garbanzo beans tossed with Creekside's signature country style vinaigrette dressing (on the side).

The Burrata

Fresh and creamy burrata cheese served on a bed of baby lettuces with Zinfandel vinaigrette, plated with P. Balistreri uncured salami, sweet tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, micro greens, and finished with our basil oil. Toasted sourdough bread.

Big Stout Beef Sandwich

Roasted choice rare roast beef, sliced cold, and thin piled high on a toasted sourdough roll. Served with piping hot absolution's holy ca-cow beefy stout based dipping sauce and a small tossed salad.

Creekside meat sauce over spaghetti. Rich and hearty with lean beef, red wine, and herbs. Topped with shaved parmesan.
